Welcome to EV Stay. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the EV Stay website, charging network, and associated services.
"Platform" refers to the EV Stay site and app; "Partner" refers to hospitality hosts; "User" refers to EV drivers accessing charging services.
Users must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license and registered vehicle to utilize EV Stay charging equipment.
EV Stay provides destination EV charging hardware, cloud connectivity, monitoring, and billing administration for hospitality venues.
Partners are responsible for maintaining designated parking access, physical site security, and stable power connection points.
Transactions processed via EV Stay software will be remitted to hospitality partners according to agreed revenue sharing schedules.
EV Stay is not liable for indirect damages, power grid outages, or improper handling of charging cables by unauthorized third parties.
